In December 2014, Corryn received her Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Spatial Analysis with Information Technology concentration from the University of North Georgia. While at North Georgia, she studied Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Python. During her courses, she learned how to incorporate Python in the GIS world by using GeoDjango.
Corryn will attend Northern Arizona University this Fall where she will work on her Master's degree in Geography, Planning, and Recreation. She hopes to continue using GeoDjango for her side-projects. Although she enjoys working on the computer, she is also fond of the great outdoors. She likes to travel, hike, camp, sight-see, and take pictures-- she can then place her journeys on a map, and then place that map on a website, all thanks to GeoDjango!
